In 2019, we assisted the Group Berg Life Sciences, operating in the pharmaceutical and Para pharmaceutical sectors, to define a new development strategy based on the diversification of the business lines and penetrate new export Markets. We assisted the management during the preparation of the investment memorandum and prospecting investors to finance the new investment program of the Group.
