Leader Food Process – El Khabia

In 2018, we assisted the company “Leader Food Process – El Khabia” which is located in Sfax and operates in manufacturing packaged Halal and Bio spices, to implement a new development strategy based on establishing an innovative and competitive procurement policy, ensuring a product diversification policy, consolidating its market positioning and improving its profitability. Besides, our team assisted the company to have access to finance by raising 1,2 Million Dinars in equity and quasi equity from the Tunisian American Enterprise Fund.
