Filtration, Tissus Techniques et Toiles de Tamissage – F4T

In 2019, we assisted the company F4T, to have access to finance to implement its development strategy based on consolidating its positioning as the pioneer and leader of industrial filtration in Tunisia, reinforcing its activity in the Algerian Market and penetrating new African Markets. We also assisted the Management during his negotiations of the terms of the investment contract. 3 MTND were raised from the Tunisian American Enterprise Fund (Equity and Quasi- Equity) to support the growth strategy of the Company. Besides, our team supported the Management of F4T to have access to the export funding from the Banque Maghrébine d’Investissement et de Commerce Export – BMICE to finance the purchasing orders of the Algerian Market. It’s worth noting that our team assisted F4T to have access to the technical assistance of the Tunisia JOBS program managed by Chemonics and financed by the USAID.
