Printec Group

In 2020, we assisted Printec group in defining its new development strategy and preparing its Investment Proposal and its financial package. We have also supported the management of the group during its negotiations with the donors in order to obtain the best financing conditions. 5.8 MTND (in the form of equity and quasi-equity) were raised for the benefit of the group from FCPR Zitouna Moucharaka and Assurance La Carte Vie. This financing will allow the group to consolidate its positioning as a stationery specialist in Tunisia and to penetrate new African and North African markets. Our team assisted the group in carrying out the financial package, restructuring the corporate group and changing the legal form of the parent company. It should be noted that ABConsulting also allowed Printec to benefit from the Tunisia JOBS technical assistance program in its Access to Finance component, following the Partnership Agreement concluded between Alternative Business Consulting - ABConsulting, Chemonics Tunisia and Printec.
