Since 2016, we have been assisting Céramique Industrie to implement a new development strategy. Our intervention aims to restructure the indebtedness of the company, to elaborate a new Business Plan 2018 – 2023 and to prepare the management for a Pre-IPO operation to finance its Green Energy Investment Program.
