In 2016, we assisted SOCOMENIN’s Group to implement an action plan to restructure its indebtedness, to prepare the Management to institutionalize the Group and to ensure the sustainability of 40 years old company. Besides, we helped the Group to restructure the organization of its companies and to prepare a Business Plan 2017 – 2022.
