Universal Marine Business

In 2018, we assisted the Management of the companies Tesys, Poker Boat and MYS to create the Holding “Universal Marine Business – UMB”, to implement a financial and organizational restructuring plan and to raise 1 Million Dinars. This fundraising aimed to develop new Boat Lines and to penetrate the export markets (mainly the Algerian and the Moroccan ones). Besides, our team assisted the Management of the Holding to have access to loans to finance the working capital requirement of the subsidiaries.
